The Croquete de Carne (pronounced kroh-KEH-tee jee KAR-nee), translating simply to “meat croquette,” is the most direct Brazilian interpretation of a European-style croquette. It is a savory cylinder found everywhere from sophisticated bars (botecos) to fast-casual lanchonetes.
